Philippe Bertrand has extensive experience in the chemicals and battery industries, currently serving as Vice President of the Global Battery business at Vibrantz Technologies Inc. since July 2017, where responsibilities include managing the global battery profit and loss for alkaline and rechargeable lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles. Prior to this role, Philippe held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Eramet from May 2006 to July 2017, overseeing commercial and marketing activities for ERACHEM across various regions and leading significant industrial investments. Philippe also served as Global Business Manager for chemicals and technical polymers at Arkema from January 1997 to June 2006, and as Business Manager for organic peroxide at Total - Atochem from January 1989 to January 1997, achieving notable revenue and profit growth in these roles. Philippe Bertrand earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Baruch College and a license in Economics from Université Paris Nanterre.
