Lindsey Zapata is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the LMS and Training Development Manager and previously as the Clinical Training Coordinator at Vibrant Emotional Health since May 2019. Prior to this role, Lindsey held the position of OVERS Trainer and Communications Lead at the Oregon Health Authority from June 2016 to May 2019, where significant achievements included onboarding the highest number of birth clerks for a national eLearning module in 2018 and establishing a user forum. From September 2011 to March 2016, Lindsey worked as the Community Center Program Coordinator at Salem Leadership Foundation, focusing on training curricula design and onboarding for community centers. Earlier experience includes serving as the Waterford Early Learning Program Lead at Salem Keizer School District from January 2008 to June 2011. Lindsey obtained a Master's degree in Postsecondary Adult and Continuing Education from Portland State University in 2021 and holds a Bachelor's degree in History from George Fox University, earned in 2007.
