Lily Kuo is a data scientist at Vibrant Emotional Health, where since May 2020, expertise in time series analysis, regression techniques, and data examination has been utilized to forecast call volumes and analyze key performance indicators for management decision-making. Prior experience includes a role as a mathematics classroom teacher with the NYC Department of Education from September 2013 to September 2018, achieving a high student passing rate on standardized exams through data analysis and prediction models. Earlier, as a junior research scientist at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases (January 2009 - April 2011), experiment evaluation and procedural design contributed to advancements in medical diagnostics. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Secondary Education in Mathematics from Touro University, a Master of Science in Bioengineering from New York University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biological Engineering from New York University, complemented by a New York State Data Science Certification from NYC Data Science Academy.
