Tro Tufenkjian has extensive experience in service delivery and engineering, currently serving as the National Service Delivery Manager at Viatek Group since February 2016, where responsibilities include managing a team of 10 and collaborating with account managers to meet client expectations. Previously, Tro held multiple roles at Viatek Pty Ltd from July 2014 to June 2017, progressing from Systems Engineer, focusing on troubleshooting and project work, to Helpdesk Technician at DNS IT from August 2009 to June 2014. Tro holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from Australian Catholic University.
