Isabela Ferreira da Silva is currently an Analista de sistemas at ViaTech since April 2023. Before this role, Isabela gained experience as an Analista de suporte técnico at Maxdata from January to May 2023, and as an Estagiário de TI at Agência de Tecnologia da Informação from May 2022 to February 2023. During the internship, Isabela provided in-person and telephone support to public servers of the state executive, focusing on application and internal system configuration, computer maintenance, printer setup, and assistance with administrative tasks in the IT sector. Isabela is pursuing a degree at IFTO - Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Tocantins from 2022 to 2024.
