Jonathan Blausten has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as a Spring Intern at RBS. In 2013, they worked as a Summer Analyst at both Wolfson Group and Coller Capital. From 2014 to 2022, they served as a Senior Manager at Strategy&. In 2019, Blausten transitioned to a role as an Angel Investor before becoming the CEO and Co-Founder of Sprout in 2022.

Jonathan Blausten attended University College School in London from 2000 to 2011. Jonathan then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham, which they completed between 2011 and 2014.
