Qaiser Salamat is a seasoned Principal Network Engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications field, currently working at Viasat since June 2023. Qaiser previously held the role of Principal Network Engineer at Inmarsat from May 2019 to November 2023 and served as a Senior Network Engineer there as well. Qaiser also worked as a Resident Engineer in Advance Services at Juniper Networks from November 2015 to May 2019 and gained experience as a Network Support Specialist at IBM from June 2012 to October 2015. Earlier in the career, Qaiser held various roles at Ufone, including Data Networks & Operations Executive and Standardization & Quality Executive, from March 2007 to June 2012. Qaiser possesses advanced certifications, including three JNCIE designations from Juniper Networks, and holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UET and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from COMSATS University Islamabad. Currently, Qaiser is pursuing an Executive MBA through the Senior Leader Apprenticeship at Henley Business School, set to complete in April 2024.
