Neil also held positions as Project Manager, Project Leader, Mechanical Engineer, and Wireline Field Engineer, demonstrating a strong background in engineering and project management within the oil and gas sector. Neil holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business, along with dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering (MSE and BSE) from the University of Michigan.
