Magaly Martel is currently a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Viasat. Prior to this, they were a Site Support and Recruiting Coordinator at Alltran from September 2017 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for office operations in support of local leadership, interfacing with employees and vendors, leading onboarding activities for new employees, and organizing site events and visits. As recruiting coordinator, they were in charge of screening applicants and assessing candidate eligibility prior to a potential interview.

Before Alltran, Magaly worked as an Administrative Assistant at Morehands Maid Service from January 2016 to August 2017. In this role, they provided administrative support to the company's owners and managers. Magaly also oversaw customer service and sales operations.

Magaly began their career in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative at Southwestern Motor Transport. In this role, they provided customer service and sales support to the company's clients.

Magaly Martel attended Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas'​ where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.

Magaly Martel reports to Curtis L., Vice President, People and Culture. They work with Anders Strothman - Head of Global Rewards, People & Culture Systems and People Analytics, Patrizia Spampinato - Diversity and Inclusion Manager, and Keely Takata, MS - People & Culture Business Partner.
