Damion Moore is an experienced human resources executive with a comprehensive background in organizational strategy and talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of People and Culture at Viasat Inc. since June 2017, Damion has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Global Leader for People and Culture. Prior to Viasat, Damion worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as Senior Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included aligning HR solutions with business strategies. Other notable positions include Director of Human Resources at Genoptix, various HR leadership roles at Biogen Idec, and HR consultancy at PAREXEL. Damion's educational background includes an M.B.A. in Human Resources Development from Hood College and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.
