Luís Costa has extensive experience in customer success management and business development, currently serving as Head of Customer/Business Developer/Non-business Partnership at Viagens Abreu, S.A. since May 2016, where responsibilities include supporting customers in achieving their goals and overseeing the onboarding of new users. Additionally, Luís oversees the implementation of the CRM program and manages the VA ABREU CARD loyalty program. Prior to this role, Luís was a Senior Consultant and Advisor at Always Peppermint, focusing on loyalty, CRM, and payment solutions. Luís also spent 15 years at Sonae in various roles, including Program and CRM Manager, Client Space Manager, and Marketing Manager, contributing to client business development and the internationalization of loyalty initiatives.
