Rachel Pfeifer has a diverse work experience. Rachel started their career in 2015 as a Recruiter at Insight Global, a premier staffing services firm. After working there for a year, they joined Robinson Fresh in 2016 as an Account Manager/Demand Planning Analyst. Rachel then transitioned to Via in 2021, where they held the role of Talent Associate Principal before becoming a Talent Principal in 2023. At Via, Rachel contributed to the development of innovative technologies to optimize public mobility systems and create a more sustainable transportation network.

Rachel Pfeifer earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Delaware between 2010 and 2014. Rachel also obtained a certification in Recruiting Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021.
