Lior Brown has 13 years of work experience in various sectors. Currently, they are the Tech Ops Lead at Via, where they manage the R&D roadmap and release planning for a team of 500 engineers and product managers. Lior also serves as a central point of contact for escalations and change management processes. In their previous role as Partner Success Lead at Via, they managed the regional business relationship with strategic partners and led end-to-end project management. Lior also has experience in the education sector, where they served as the Chairwoman of the Board at The Israel Center for Educational Innovation, driving impactful outcomes and strategic initiatives. Additionally, they were a founding board member at Noga - Israel Independent System Operator, actively shaping the company's goals and overseeing its performance. Lior has also held roles in the budget department of the Israeli government, managing large budgets and leading complex processes. Lior has a background in research as a Teaching Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and as a Research Analyst at the Bank of Israel.

Lior Brown obtained a certification in Corporate Directors & Executives from Tel-Aviv University - Lahav Executive Education in 2018-2019. Prior to that, Lior earned a Master's degree in Economics and Public Policy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2013-2015. Lior also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from Tel Aviv University, which was completed in 2010-2013.
