Avihai Franco has a diverse work experience. Avihai started their career at ogentech in 2007 as a QA professional. After that, they joined Applied Materials in 2015 and worked as an HR Direct support and manual tester until 2016. In 2016, they joined Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. as a Software Developer, where they stayed until 2018. From 2018 to the present, they worked at BLEND Localization as a Software Team Lead. In 2022, they also started working at Via as a Software Engineering Team Lead.

Avihai Franco obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo between 2014 and 2017.
