Johan Caspar Bergenthal serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director at VIA Outlets since October 2023. Prior to this role, Johan held various leadership positions at KLEPIERRE from April 2011 to September 2023, including Head of Territory/CEO for Germany, the Netherlands, and Turkey, as well as Head of Country/CEO for Germany. Johan was also a member of the Group Executive Committee and the German Management Board during tenure at KLEPIERRE. Earlier experience includes serving as Leasing Manager and Team Leader of Architecture at ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG from October 2004 to April 2011. Johan's educational background includes an Executive Master of Business Administration obtained from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and related institutions from 2014 to 2017, a Retail Real Estate Manager certification from IREBS Immobilienakademie GmbH, and a diploma in Architecture and Project Management from Hochschule Bielefeld.
