Sara Webb is a Marketing Manager at the VIA Institute on Character, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Sara served as a Community Manager at Chatdesk from January 2022 to February 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing customer support for e-commerce brands such as OLAPLEX and BarkBox. In a previous role as Case Supervisor at Nationwide Children's Hospital from May 2017 to January 2022, Sara gained significant experience in case management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education (MEd) from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology, focusing on Human Development and Family Studies, from The Ohio State University.
