Ronit O. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Vi, a luxury continuing care retirement community, since June 2010. Prior to this role, Ronit O. was the Regional Director of HR at Bally Total Fitness from September 1997 to February 2010. Education was attained at Florida International University - College of Business, where a Bachelor of Arts degree was obtained.
