Tess Schoneveld is a skilled project manager currently working at VHTO since June 2021, with a background in education as a mentor teacher at Apollo English Vietnam from January 2019 to May 2021. Prior experience includes an international internship with SNV, where Tess contributed to the MAMII project focused on mangrove forest restoration and supporting shrimp farmers in Vietnam, as well as research internships at MCNV and Jeugdbescherming. Tess holds a Master of Science in Management, Policy Analysis, and Entrepreneurship in Health and Life Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Natural Sciences, both from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
