Lana Smith is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in employee relations, labor relations, and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at VHA Home HealthCare, Lana has held multiple director-level positions focused on healthy workplace initiatives since September 2018. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Weston Foods, where responsibilities included tailoring HR solutions and providing consultative support, and HR Generalist positions at Transdev North America and FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, supporting diverse employee needs within unionized environments.
