Justin Hood is a skilled professional with a diverse background in biotechnology and brewing. Currently serving as the Lead Upstream Process Technician at VGXI, Inc. since June 2023, Justin previously worked as a Brewer at Paradigm Brewing Company from November 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that, Justin held multiple roles at Karbach Brewing Co. including Assistant Packaging Manager, QA Laboratory Technician, and Maintenance Technician from September 2014 to November 2021. Justin's experience also includes working as a Pyrotechnician at Illumination Fireworks, LLC from December 2010 to 2020 and as a Lab Technician in Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Houston from March 2012 to March 2014, focusing on biosensors in E. coli. Justin's career began in the United States Marine Corps from 2005 to 2010, where the role of Support Equipment Work Center Supervisor was undertaken. Justin is an alumnus of the University of Houston.
