Matt Middleton-White is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at VGW since January 2019, Matt previously held the role of Principal Software Engineer at P2 Energy Solutions from November 2013 to January 2019, where responsibilities included managing large teams and developing the flagship P2 Explorer product. Additionally, Matt has been involved in personal projects focused on automated trading strategies for foreign exchange markets. Earlier roles include Software Engineer at ISS Group Ltd, where a near real-time event detection product was designed, and Team Lead at Curtin University / Netlink Group, directing a project to develop a healthcare management system. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (Hons) from Curtin University and is certified as a Scrum Master through Axis Agile.
