Gel Manansala is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in various industries. Since May 2017, Gel has held multiple titles at VGW, including Operations Manager and Deputy Manager Operations, while also leading the Payments, Trust & Safety Team. Prior to VGW, Gel worked as a Project Manager and Content Specialist at Zarangola Media, and served as a Lecturer at Southville International School, teaching Business Communications and English. Additional experiences include roles such as English Language Center Coordinator at Southville Foreign University and Training Specialist at MyOutDesk. Early career highlights include positions at AT&T Business Solutions, IOM - UN Migration Agency, and GENPACT. Gel holds a Master's degree in Development Communications from the University of the Philippines, a Bachelor of Education from Regis Marie College, and a degree in Communication Arts from De La Salle University.
