Mike Charles possesses extensive experience in meteorology and web development, currently serving as a Meteorologist at NOAA since 2008. In this role, Mike has developed full stack web applications and Python applications, managed a Linux environment for efficient application deployment, and led teams to enhance weather and climate forecasting techniques. Previously, Mike held the position of Web Developer and System Administrator at VGMarket and worked as a Meteorologist at Metro Weather from 2000 to 2003, specializing in forecasting. Mike holds a Master's degree in Meteorology and a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology, both from Stony Brook University.
