Kelsi Gerholdt, CPHQ, CHC, currently serves as the Health and Safety Program Manager at VGM Group, Inc., since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Compliance and Quality at HOMELINK/The VGM Group, where Kelsi led the development and maintenance of regulatory compliance and quality programs, successfully managing multiple audits and collaborating across departments to improve processes. Kelsi has also held various positions within HOMELINK, including Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement Specialist and Transportation & Language Services Supervisor. Earlier career experience includes working as a Non-Certified Lab Technician/Office Assistant at Unity Point Allen Hospital and as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist. Kelsi holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Upper Iowa University and an Associate of Arts degree from Hawkeye Community College.
