Angela Chapman serves as President & CEO of VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation since September 2013, providing strategic and operational leadership across all revenue-generating operations. Previously, Angela held the role of Senior Vice President, Philanthropy at National University of Singapore, managing a substantial budget and transforming the department into a world-class advancement operation. Angela's extensive experience includes leadership positions in various institutions such as UNSW Asia, Australian Graduate School of Management, Richard Ivey School of Business, and McGill University, focusing on development, alumni relations, and strategic philanthropic initiatives. Angela holds a BA in History & Russian from McGill University and an MBA in General Management from Université Laval.
