Marita Bachhav has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the operations and management field. Marita began their career at Spanco Telesystems Pvt Ltd in 2002, where they worked as an Assistant Manager in Air India Operations. Marita'sresponsibilities included managing client relationships, overseeing operations and training, and improving center profitability. After four years, they moved on to VFS Global in 2007 and held various leadership positions, including Country Head and General Manager, in multiple regions such as Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, the UK, and China. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Operations for regional areas such as Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Jordan, Iran, and Iraq. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong management skills and a focus on improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Marita Bachhav attended VES College from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Following this, they enrolled at Mumbai University from 1995 to 1997 and completed an Advanced Diploma in Tourism and Travel Industry Management. Later on, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Customer Relationship Management at Symbiosis Institute.
