Harmehr Chandok currently serves as the ESG National Manager at KPMG India, and has held the position of Managing Partner at VFM EV since January 2019, where responsibilities include building an ecosystem for electric two-wheeler and three-wheeler distribution in Karnataka. Additionally, Harmehr manages operations at VFM Honda, overseeing multiple dealerships and a workforce of 150 employees. Previous roles include serving as the ESG and Sustainability Program Director at Microsoft, where Harmehr collaborated with sustainability-focused entrepreneurs on impactful environmental solutions; a consultant at Deloitte, focusing on strategy, operations, and robotic process automation; and an external consultant at The Red Flag Group. Harmehr's early career included positions in human resources and quality control, culminating in a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
