Katharina Dziuballe has extensive experience in sports and event management, currently serving as Kampagnen-Managerin and Fan Experience Manager at VfL Wolfsburg since August 2014. Dziuballe has held multiple roles within the organization, including Leiterin VfL-Fußballwelt and Manager VfL-FußballWelt, as well as working in media and communication and sponsorship sales. Prior to joining VfL Wolfsburg, Dziuballe worked at fulfil eventconsulting GmbH as an Event Project Manager while studying. Dziuballe holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport- und Eventmanagement from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences and completed the Abitur at Friedrich-Leopold-Woeste Gymnasium.
