Alexander Wood has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Alexander is currently employed at Veyor as the Head of Customer Success since January 2022. Prior to this role, they took a career break from November 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they worked at 1-Stop Connections for a significant period of time. At 1-Stop Connections, Alexander held multiple roles, including Head of Product (Payments & Security) from December 2019 to October 2021, Head of Customer Service from August 2018 to October 2021, and Sales & Account Manager from August 2017 to August 2018. Their responsibilities in these positions involved leading product strategy, overseeing customer service and support teams, managing customer engagements, and driving business growth. Before joining 1-Stop Connections, Alexander worked as a Sales Executive (NSW National Accounts) at Crown Equipment Pty Ltd from April 2015 to July 2017, where they managed a portfolio of national and major customers. Alexander also has experience as a Sales Executive (Oceania Key Clients) at Maersk Line from July 2011 to April 2015, where they were responsible for account management and revenue generation.
Alexander Wood completed their Higher School Certificate from The Scots College, where they studied from 2000 to 2006. Later on, they pursued their Bachelors Degree in Business Information Systems and Business (with a major in Marketing) at Bond University from 2009 to 2011.
