Melissa Sofo has over 25 years of experience in the media industry. Melissa has held various roles at Turner, starting as a Research Analyst in 1998 and progressing to VP, Sales Manager in 2017. During their time at WarnerMedia, Melissa strategically opened new revenue lines and introduced innovative ways to address clients' marketing objectives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Melissa also served as the VP, Portfolio Sales at Warner Bros. Discovery, leading sales and client partnerships across various multimedia properties. Currently, Melissa is the Vice President of US Sales at Vevo.
Melissa Sofo holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Spanish from the University of Scranton, with a minor in Philosophy. In terms of additional certifications, they are certified in various programs offered by The Trade Desk, including Marketing Foundations, Executive Program, and Data-Driven Planning. Melissa also holds a DMSC certification from the IAB, obtained in July 2017.
