Ben M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and entrepreneurship across various sectors. As Co-Founder and Director of Mid Air Circus Arts since August 2011, Ben has established South East Asia's first full flying trapeze and circus arts academy, while also providing professional circus performances and custom aerial arts equipment. Concurrently, Ben co-founded Phuket Gymnastics in March 2017, developing it into the largest artistic gymnastics program in Phuket. In addition, Ben serves as a Fraud Analyst - Support at VeVe and co-founded Life Out Loud, a media production and social project organization, in January 2016. Prior experience includes the role of General Manager at Club Med from November 2008 to November 2010, where Ben managed operations and staff development within a diverse team. Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Auckland, with specializations in Management, Marketing, French, and Organisational Behaviour.
