Johannes Dewindinat has work experience in various roles at Vetter Pharma and MTU. At Vetter Pharma, they started as a Werkstudent in 2009 and later became a Technical Purchaser from November 2011 to December 2014. Johannes then served as the Head of Procurement Technical Materials from January 2015 to June 2023. From July 2023, they have been working as the Head of Procurement Investments. At MTU, they completed their thesis in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Industrial Engineering from March 2011 to August 2011.

Johannes Dewindinat completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2011. Johannes then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Wilhelm Büchner Hochschule from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, in 2010, Dewindinat attended the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University for a short-term course in Management Technology as part of their Bachelor's degree program.
