Bryan Schnitker is a seasoned professional in capture management and business development, currently serving as Senior Capture Manager at VetsEZ since 2020. Prior to this role, Bryan held positions including Vice President of Veterans Affairs at Ad Hoc LLC, where leadership encompassed a 80+ member team focused on agile software development with human-centered design. Bryan was also a Senior Capture Manager at PAE, leading efforts in strategic capture management for various government agencies. At BrightKey, Inc., Bryan served as Vice President, overseeing the largest division and managing over 320 personnel across multiple federal and commercial contracts. Earlier military experience includes serving as an Infantry Officer in the US Army from 2005 to 2013. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is currently a candidate for a Master of Science in Engineering Management at Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
