Thomas Varghese has over 25 years of work experience. Thomas began their career at Weyerhaeuser as a Scientist/Product Development from 1988 to 1992. Thomas then worked at Walters Gardens Inc as the Director of the WGI Plant Lab from 2009 to 2013. Currently, they are the Director of Research and Q&A at Vets Plus, Inc, a position they have held since 2013.

Thomas Varghese obtained a PhD in Botany & Plant Physiology from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Thomas also received a certificate in Integrated Quality Management from the Service and Administrative Institute. The year in which they obtained the certificate is unknown.
