Danette Hayes serves as the Director of Reserve Component Programs at VetJobs since August 2018, overseeing the National Guard Employment Network (NGEN) program and managing the P3 Reserve Contract. Prior experience includes roles as Partnership Development Specialist at MSCCN, where outreach initiatives were developed for the Guard community, and Account Manager at Thorn Creek Insurance Services, responsible for agricultural insurance accounts. Danette also founded the Family Support Brigade to assist military families and held leadership positions at Blue Star Families, Hewitt Associates, IHBP, and Grainger, focusing on performance management and HR consulting. Danette's educational background includes a degree in Liberal Science with a focus on Journalism from The University of Kansas and a program at National Defense University in 2017.
