Amina Usman-Sani has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Amina began their career in 2011 at Jobberman.com, where they served as a Telesales Personnel, Key Account Manager, and Recruiting Solutions Consultant. Amina was responsible for attracting and retaining customers, recruiting and placing personnel for international cooperation, and identifying new sales opportunities.

In 2013, Amina moved on to INTELLISENSE NIGERIA LIMITED as a Human Resources Manager, where they oversaw HR operations and managed employee relations. Amina then joined BEAR MARINE SERVICES LIMITED in 2014 as a Human Resources Consultant, providing HR support and guidance to the organization.

In 2016, Amina joined Century Group Nigeria as a Strategy role and later transitioned into a Business Development/Commercial role. During their time at Century Group Nigeria, they assisted the CEO in closing new business deals, managed offshore operations, and coordinated contract requirements with business operations.

Most recently, in 2022, Amina joined Vetifly as the Operations Lead and later became the Operations Manager. In these roles, they revamped the Operations department, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations, and overseeing the performance of staff. Amina'sefforts resulted in a significant increase in revenue for the company.

Amina Usman-Sani completed their education at the University of Lagos from 2005 to 2009, earning a B.A,B.ED degree in English. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including "The future of work in a technology-driven world" from HR Expo Africa in April 2022, "Professional in Human Resources – International™ (PHRi™)" from HRCI in March 2021, "Employee Experience Certification" from People Matters in July 2020, and "Simulation: Managing Performance of Virtual Teams" from LeadPro Simulation in June 2020.
