Lauren Wilman, MHA, JD, currently serves as an Associate Attorney at Vethan Law Firm P.C., focusing on complex business litigation, corporate representation, and transactional law, while also acting as General Counsel for a California-based investment company specializing in cannabis laboratory testing. Previously, Lauren held the position of Vice President of Compliance at HIPAA Solutions, LC, where oversight of HIPAA Compliance Specialists was provided along with responsibilities in project management and client relations. Prior experience includes roles as a HIPAA Compliance Consultant and Specialist, conducting audits and risk analyses across healthcare organizations, as well as handling client relations at The Bar Method. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law from South Texas College of Law Houston, a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
