Cindy Tessier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications and operations management, currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager for Veterans Employment at Veterans Affairs Canada since June 2020. Previously, Cindy held the position of Communications Manager at Lockheed Martin Canada from November 2015 to February 2020, where leadership in communications and marketing initiatives was provided. Cindy’s career includes 15 years as a Public Affairs Officer with the Canadian Armed Forces, serving various high-profile leaders and managing a wide array of communications activities. Additionally, Cindy was the Base Administration Officer overseeing a complex services organization with over 170 personnel. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the Royal Military College of Canada.
