Leo S. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Leo started their career in 2013 as an Analytics Co-Op at IBM, where they worked with InfoSphere BigInsights. In 2013, they also joined Workday as a Software Engineering Co-Op, building a test-run repository web service using Ruby on Rails.

In 2015, Leo became a Software Engineer at IBM, where they developed the User Interface for the company's Big Data Analytics platform. Leo was responsible for building workflows and custom visualizations for business users, using node.js for server, client, and webserver load balancer code.

Leo co-founded DocNovo in 2017, building a mobile app for surgeons using node.js on Google Cloud, iOS, and Android platforms. Later that year, they joined Mesh Suture as the Chief Technology Officer, managing the design and development of Duramesh Suturable Mesh. Leo designed medical braiding machines, developed manufacturing processes, and sourced/managed manufacturing contracts with executive teams globally.

In 2020, Leo joined Welcome as a Product Manager, where they worked until 2023. Finally, in 2023, they joined Vetcove as a Technical Product Manager.

Leo S. attended Cornell University from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
