Krista Rebraca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and team leadership within the veterinary and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Vet Services Communications & Learning and Development Manager and previously as Operations Manager at Vetco Clinics, Krista has played a pivotal role in creating operational excellence through standardization and efficiency initiatives. Prior to Vetco, Krista held various leadership positions at Petco, Disney Store, PetSmart, New York and Company, Liz Claiborne, Incorporated, and Motherhood Maternity, where responsibilities included team development, financial management, and enhancing customer experience. Krista holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and Graphic Design from the American Academy of Art and a Bachelor's in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
