Robert Ayres is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Regional Manager for South America and NAFTA Applications at Vesuvius since October 2010. In this role, Robert oversees daily IT activities in the South American region and manages business applications for the NAFTA region, ensuring strong relationships between IT and local business management. Previous positions include IT Applications Manager and Business Analyst focused on the implementation of manufacturing software and ERP integration. Prior to joining Vesuvius, Robert gained expertise as an SAP Business One Consultant at Yuma Limited and Star Computers Limited, as well as a Support Consultant at Inecom. Robert's education includes studies at Fareham College and Neville Lovett Community School.
