Lisa McNew has a Master's Degree in Organization Development from American University and a BAS in Human Resource Development from the University of Richmond. Lisa also served as a Human Resource Manager at Dewberry & Davis and as a Training & Development Coordinator at the Academy for Staff Development within the Virginia Department of Corrections.
