Teigane Mackay currently serves as the Director of P&C Reporting, Analytics & Insights at Vestas since May 2021, overseeing global People Analytics and Insights initiatives while transitioning the workforce planning approach from FTE-driven to cost-driven. Key achievements include implementing a comprehensive People Analytics service model and catalog and leading the design of a best-practice HRIS/Data governance model. Mackay also holds the position of Co-Founder and CEO at Bearnd Pty Ltd since June 2020, creating the Fight For application to enhance accessibility to clinical trials. Prior experience includes consulting in People data analytics at People Experience Solutions, and co-founding the advanced People analytics practice at National Australia Bank, where analytical techniques were employed to integrate HR and business data. Educational credentials include Honours in Science (Psychology - Neuroscience) and a Bachelor of Science from Monash University.
