Monica Grad is an experienced material planner currently employed at Vestas Aircoil Romania since July 2019, focusing on procurement of raw materials and components based on MRP requirements for production. Prior to this role, Monica worked at Silva Logistic Services from February 2014 to July 2019 as a procurement officer for wood, validating timber entries and preparing data for invoicing. Between February 2007 and February 2014, Monica served as an external procurement and sales officer at Kronospan Romania SRL, collaborating with European suppliers and processing client orders. Earlier career experience includes roles as a data operator at Access Textil SRL and a logistics intern at Rolem SRL. Monica holds a Master's degree in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov.
