Irena Caf has a strong background in quality management, with extensive experience in various industries. Irena held roles such as Quality Manager at Eaton Automotive and Quality Manager Axle Drives at ZF, overseeing quality processes and implementing standards. Additionally, they served as a Compliance Manager at Arysta LifeScience and Global Quality Manager at ADAMA, focusing on quality assurance and compliance. Currently, they are the Director of Quality at Vestaron Corporation.

Irena Caf earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University in Maribor, Slovenia in 1990. Irena then went on to complete a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University from 1989 to 1993. In 1997, they obtained an MBA in Quality Assurance from Brenau University in Atlanta, GA. Additionally, they received certifications as a CQM- Certified Quality Manager in 2005 and as a CQE Certified Quality Engineer in 2007 from the American Society for Quality.
