Benjamin Pujol is a skilled entrepreneur and data scientist with a strong background in climate technology and geospatial data analysis. Currently serving as the Founder of Vesta, Benjamin leads a climate-tech startup that facilitates over 4,000 monthly projects across solar, HVAC, and battery sectors. Previous experience includes co-founding Kernel Risk, which focuses on leveraging geospatial data for insurance risk assessment, and holding a data scientist role at Ledger Investing, a startup developing an online marketplace for insurance-linked securities. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Data Science from École Polytechnique, as well as participation in the Y Combinator Summer Batch program. Additional early career roles span internships in investment banking and finance at prestigious institutions including Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley, along with military service as a Chief of Rescue Engine in the Paris firefighters brigade.
