Maksim Zakrevsky has been working in the IT industry since 2005. Maksim began their career at SIA "IT-DEPO" as an IT Support, before moving to SIA "GOPCGO" in 2007. In 2008, they joined Accenture as a Test Engineer. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Software Test Engineer at If P&C Insurance, and in 2017 they began working as a QA Engineer at Veset.

Maksim Zakrevsky obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Electrical Engineering from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) between 2005 and 2008. Maksim then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Engineering Science in Telecommunications from the same university between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, they have obtained the ISTQB Foundation certification from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
