Suruchi Dumpawar is a seasoned design professional with a diverse background in UX research, design, and management. Currently serving as a Team Lead / Insights Manager at Lynxeye since September 2024, Suruchi has held significant roles including Design Director and Senior Design Researcher at Veryday since October 2018. Previous experience includes positions at Workday, Mirum Agency, and WASH United, among others, where Suruchi focused on user research, design consultation, and strategy development. A co-founder of Lucida, Suruchi also has a strong foundation in ethnographic research and service design from an extensive tenure at MIT Design Lab. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a postgraduate degree in Photography Design from the National Institute of Design, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
