Željka Rudan has a diverse work experience that spans several companies. Most recently, they worked at Very Big Things as a Senior Account Manager/Team Lead starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Delivery Hero, where they held various roles including Account Management Team Lead and Account Manager from May 2018 to July 2021. Before that, they worked at Adde studio d.o.o. as a Sales Representative from September 2016 to May 2018. Željka also worked at Abakus vještačenja d.o.o. as an Office Manager from January 2014 to December 2015.

Željka Rudan received their education at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Croatia. From 2007 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business, obtaining the degree of bacc.oec. Following their undergraduate studies, from 2011 to 2013, Željka completed their Master's degree in Management, earning the degree of mag.oec. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained various certifications. In 2015, Željka obtained the IPMA Level D certification from the International Project Management Association. Furthermore, they received the Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in March 2023. Željka also holds a Basic European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL), acquired from Srce, University Computing Center, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
