Marlies Maas Geesteranus is an experienced career coach and trainer with a strong background in intervision coaching and role-playing for assessments. Since January 2000, Marlies runs MMG Loopbaancoaching and has held various coaching and training roles at organizations such as the Verwey-Jonker Instituut, Openbare Bibliotheek Amsterdam, and Bureau Zuidema. Marlies also works with LTP Business Psychologists, RIVM National Institute for Public Health and the Environment, and Capgemini, among others. Marlies holds multiple certifications and degrees in training and coaching, including a Train de trainer licentie from Calibris and a degree in Docent Drama from HKU.
